Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager for the Western territory. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and market penetration for our key products, SafeBanker and SafeResource. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background in the financial technology sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Western territory.
Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, focusing on building relationships with key stakeholders within financial institutions.
Manage and support the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to senior management.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts.
Represent SaferMobility at regional industry events and conferences.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the financial technology sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of compliance and safety solutions for financial institutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
Must reside within the Western territory.
